- Information you provide as a part of your My Wishes plan, including biographical information about you, your hobbies and funeral plan wishes.
- Records of your communications with us.
- Any information you place in the Tenzing electronic storage vault.

The categories of personal information we may collect from other sources are:
- Where we provide you with services as a result of a life insurance policy you hold, we will receive your name, address, email address and policy amount from the company that has provided you with life insurance.
- Where we provide you with services, we may receive unsolicited or incidental health information about you from a family member
- A family member of one of our customers may provide personal history information about you during the funeral process.
What do we use your information for?
We ask for certain kinds of information in order to provide you with the funeral concierge services you are entitled to as an Everest client. Everest may use your personal information for the following purposes:

- Deal with your enquiries and requests.
